Contact Improv for Everyone

Come move, dance, explore, and play! Probably in ways you never have before! Members of the Buffalo Contact Improv Collective will lead you through warm-ups, basic skills, and playful, free-form movement in an open "jam." There are so many benefits to doing this practice – practicing embodied, non-verbal communication and consent, somatic awareness, mind-body connection, physical fitness and agility, community, and a lot more. Movement or dance experience isn't required, just a willingness to learn and explore.
